At Nosches, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality snacks to your doorstep quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India and Singapore.

1. Order Processing

All orders placed on Nosches.com are processed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday – Saturday), excluding public holidays in India and Singapore.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST / 8:30 PM SGT may be processed on the following business day.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All regions within Singapore
  • All major cities and serviceable pin codes across India

If your location is not serviceable, our system will notify you during checkout.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

India

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–8 business days

Singapore

  • Standard delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

Typical structure:

India

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499

  • ₹49 – ₹99 for orders below the free shipping threshold

Singapore

  • Free shipping on orders above SGD 40

  • SGD 3 – SGD 6 standard delivery fee for smaller orders

Promotional campaigns may include limited-time free shipping offers.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can track your order in real time through our logistics partner’s website with the help of your tracking number.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

If the delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Unreachable contact number

The order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Packaging

All Nosches products are packed in food-safe, sealed packaging to ensure freshness and hygiene during transit.

We use protective outer packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery and contact our support team immediately.


8. Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Public holidays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Customs clearance (if applicable)

Nosches will not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, but we will assist you in resolving the issue.


9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Nosches is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. Address changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched.
