At Nosches, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality snacks. Due to the perishable nature of food products, our return policy is limited. However, we ensure fair resolution if there are issues with your order.

This policy applies to purchases made through Nosches.com.


1. Returns

Because our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product

  • The package was tampered with or opened

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived spoiled or unfit for consumption

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


2. Reporting an Issue

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • Date of delivery

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


3. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, Nosches may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit, or

  • A full or partial refund

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Replacement orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days after approval.


4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Estimated refund timelines:

India

  • 5–7 business days for UPI, wallets, or credit/debit cards

Singapore

  • 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The product was consumed partially or fully

  • The request was made more than 24 hours after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

  • Delivery failed due to customer unavailability

  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
